Dr. Shreya Jammula is a general surgeon originally from Wilmington, Delaware. She obtained her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed her general surgery training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jammula is excited to return to practice in an area she grew up and give back to the community. While the routine general surgery cases (gall bladders, hernias, bowel resections) are what initially drew her interest to surgery, Dr. Jammula has developed a special interest in abdominal wall reconstruction and minimally invasive approaches and is eager to continue her practice with an established group. She is excited to join a practice that prioritizes providing excellent patient care and highly values collaboration across multiple specialties to ensure patient needs are met.
